Our client, a major organisation within the utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Data Architect for an initial 12-month contract to play a key role within a significant Billing Replacement Program.
The program is currently in Discovery and will replace existing billing platforms across a complex technology environment. This role will be responsible for establishing the current-state data baseline, defining target and interim data architectures, and guiding the migration and data assurance activities required throughout the transformation.
This isn't purely a data modelling or governance role. We're looking for someone who can operate across architecture, data migration and delivery - Someone comfortable understanding complex legacy data environments, identifying quality and lineage issues, and establishing the architecture required to successfully transition data into new platforms.
This is an initial 12-month contract, based in Melbourne CBD, offering the opportunity to play a key architecture role within a major enterprise billing transformation.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the data architecture from Discovery, establishing the models, migration approach, governance and data foundations that will support the program through design and implementation.
