Job summary

You will design data models, govern data policies, and guide data engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL Server, and data lakes, and will contribute to data quality, privacy, and platform

Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for a Data and Information Architect to work on some major client projects in Australia. The position will be full-time.

As a Data and Information Architect, you would undertake the following duties.

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture (data models, standards, and frameworks)
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Define data governance policies, standards, and best practices
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Support data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud data platforms
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements
• Guide data engineers, analysts, and developers

An ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in:

• Power BI
• SQL Server and Data Lake
• Data classification
• Information Management
• Experience in architecting solutions for legacy transformation is preferable

This is a full-time role with a salary of $100K and above, excluding superannuation.
