Job summary

HUB24 Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team. You will transform complex data into practical insights, build trusted data assets, and develop dashboards to support strategic decisions across Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Technology and Distribution.

You will partner with stakeholders to prioritise analytics initiatives and collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics or related discipline.
• Hands-on programming in SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical, design and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into practical analytics solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Structured, detail-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in financial services or data analytics consulting.

Responsibilities

• Gather, transform, validate and analyse data from internal and external sources.
• Build and maintain analytical data assets and data models for reporting, dashboards and automation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, visualisations and presentations to support decisions.
• Use SQL, Python and analytics tools to automate analysis and improve delivery.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends and explain performance.
• Support advanced analytics and machine learning activities where appropriate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements.
• Partner with data engineering and visualization teams to deliver end-to-end analytics.
• Contribute to data quality, governance and secure handling practices.
• Provide commercial insights to strengthen execution and planning.
