A leading Australian retailer is looking for a Data Analyst to contribute to the loyalty and personalisation strategy. You will analyze campaign performance data, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and automate legacy reports while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. About the team: Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
As a Data Analyst – Campaign Performance, you will contribute to the loyalty and personalisation strategy for Liquorland. As part of this, you will be responsible for the analysis of loyalty data on large-scale projects and campaigns to better understand how Liquor can improve performance across Flybuys and CRM.

Importantly, you’re a strong insights analyst who can hit the ground running and bring a commercial mindset to data. You’ll have proven experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting, ideally in a loyalty environment.
