Job summary
Alder Group in Brisbane is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to establish Alder's enterprise data and AI capability from the ground up. This hands-on role will design and deliver data platforms, governance, and reporting that unlock smarter decisions across the business.
You will build scalable data models and pipelines, implement AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data platforms or data warehousing.
- Strong data modelling, integration and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of governance, automation and AI technologies.
- Experience with Power BI and cloud platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Degree in related field is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Alder's enterprise data platform and governance.
- Build scalable data models, pipelines and reporting.
- Deliver insights via Power BI, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
- Develop AI-enabled prototypes to boost productivity.
