The purpose of the Data Administration Officer role is to maintain a high-quality ERP system at all time, through an everchanging environment. This includes the strictest levels of governance and accountability for system accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritisation and triage of case load
  • Timely and accurate action of cases
  • Validation of zones, fees and rates against contracts, to eliminate discrepancies
  • Problem solve invoicing and credit issues & find efficiency opportunities
  • Support of the broader function as required
Qualifications
  • MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)
  • Successful track record of problem solving
  • Demonstrate strong mathematical ability
  • Commerce or Business Information Systems qualification desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
