Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Growth Marketing for Dasher Acquisition in Australia and New Zealand. You will own end-to-end performance marketing across search, social, and related channels to drive Dasher signups with autonomy and impact.

You will partner with the Growth Marketing team, Strategy & Operations, and international counterparts, leveraging a high-visibility role, accountable for budget, forecasts, and growth plans to scale the Dasher business in ANZ.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency).
• Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social and other performance channels.
• Ability to build and own forecasts and adapt plans as needed.
• Self-starter with autonomy and ownership of a north star metric.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across search, social and related channels for Dasher acquisition in Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Strategy & Operations, and international teams to share learnings and align on best practices.
• Manage healthy budgets, construct spend forecasts, and design scalable growth marketing plans.
