You will deliver exceptional customer service, uphold safety standards, and operate across our fleet on a 24/7 roster. Strong communication and a professional presentation are essential for serving our diverse passenger base.

Candidates should have relevant certifications, be able to obtain ASIC, and meet health and fitness requirements to join a dynamic, safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Dash 8 or similar aircraft experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
• Direct and assist passengers in emergencies.
• Provide outstanding support to passengers, including unaccompanied minors and those with limited English.
• Liaise with pilots to coordinate operational requirements and safety, weather, and diversions.
