The role requires strong leadership, fleet management experience, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance. A relevant driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car rental or allied sector.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial literacy and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay resilient.
• Fleet management experience is highly desirable.
• Valid Australian driver's license and clean record.
• Current Australian work rights.
