Job summary

Endfire Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead hands-on, site-based delivery across commercial and industrial projects in Darwin. You will work with our Darwin team to manage performance, relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safe, on-time, within-budget project completion.

The role emphasizes delivery leadership, coordination of subcontractors, procurement, and proactive problem-solving on diverse fire protection projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management (or equivalent qualification/experience)
• Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders
• Proven project management experience in construction
• Fire protection experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and timelines

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery including budgets, timelines and resourcing
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
• Procure materials and equipment
• Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Monitor progress, risks and commercial performance
• Resolve project and site issues to keep delivery on track
• Ensure safety, quality and project requirements are met
• Provide clear project reporting and maintain project documentation
