Job summary

DCOH is seeking a Darwin-based Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process across all project phases, ensuring compliant, buildable and commercially aligned outcomes. Qualifications

• This role requires tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Able to lead and coordinate large multidisciplinary design teams across major projects.
• Strong knowledge of BCA, NCC, Australian Standards, and statutory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end design process from concept through to construction and handover.
• Establish and maintain the Design Management framework across the division.
• Coordinate design disciplines into integrated design solutions and manage design programmes.
• Lead design workshops, coordination meetings and value engineering activities.
• Ensure designs comply with budget, approvals, and procurement strategies.
