K&S Corporation’s Chemtrans division is offering a Gladstone-based driving role in Australia’s growing dangerous goods sector. You’ll operate MT and DG transports across local routes, with some overnight linehaul, while receiving training to load/unload DG products and progress into specialised roles.

Ideal candidates hold MC and HC licences, a DG licence (or willingness to obtain), and a strong safety record; uniform provided, overtime opportunities, and a focus on safety and development

Formación

• MC licence is required.
• HC licence with minimum 3 years driving experience is preferred.
• Dangerous Goods licence or willingness to obtain is required.
• Basic Fatigue Management accreditation or willingness to obtain is required.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• MSIC card or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate under BFM and transport bulk DG liquids around Gladstone and surrounding areas.
• Unload Bulk Tankers, ISOs and palletised freight at customer sites.
• Mainly local routes with some linehaul (overnight) trips.
• Use chemical suits and PPE such as respirators as required.
• Pumping of DG products using various pumps.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies and procedures.
• Support upskilling and development in dangerous goods and related divisions.
