Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy production or food processing preferred.
• Experience using a SCADA system to monitor production processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to monitor production data and identify irregularities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dairy production, including milk processing and other dairy products
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely
• Use the SCADA system to monitor production processes, check operating parameters, and identify alarms or process issues
• Monitor temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other production parameters as required
• Pack, seal, label, and prepare dairy products for distribution
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
• Report equipment faults, process irregularities, or SCADA system alarms to the supervisor
• Work with team members to meet daily production targets
