Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience/Inside Sales representative in Australia to handle service enquiries from bicycle shops and process orders across email, phone, and B2B channels.

You will partner with brand managers and sales teams to grow dealer sales, build strong dealer relationships, and respond promptly to product questions with a professional approach. The role requires 2–3 years of customer experience, high school diploma, and work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication over the phone and email.
• Ability to learn technical product details across multiple brands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to analyze data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service enquiries from bicycle shops across Australia.
• Process sales orders via email, phone, website and B2B channels.
• Collaborate with FOX brand managers, staff, and sales agents to grow dealer sales.
• Build strong relationships with dealer accounts to strengthen brand perception.
• Respond to product and service questions in a professional manner.
• Resolve requests via phone, email, mail, and social media.
• Assist with placing dealer and consumer orders and monitor inventory.
• Process refunds or exchanges with dealers and consumers.
• Analyze data to identify sales and service opportunities.
• Provide feedback to Sales Manager as needed.
• Communicate persistent quality issues to other departments.
• Identify potential products or services by analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare product/service reports from customer information.
