Accenture is seeking a Director of Microsoft Engineering to lead Azure cloud security initiatives and accelerate digital transformation for clients. You will drive teams, shape Azure strategy, and partner with sales to deliver innovative cloud security solutions across the region.

You will mentor leaders, manage budgets, and contribute to productised offerings and thought leadership in Azure technologies. This role requires Australian citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar).
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems, enterprise landing zones, well‑architected frameworks, data platforms, and cloud‑native solutions.
• Exceptional leadership experience, inspiring and mentoring teams to achieve shared goals.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement abilities to build strong relationships with senior leaders across the business and customers.
• Strong financial and commercial skills focused on pricing strategies and business growth.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
