Job summary

Exclaim IT in Australia is seeking an experienced Cyber Business Systems Analyst to support a SIEM initiative as part of a broader cyber security uplift programme.

You will plan and undertake business analysis across multiple work packages, elicit and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and ensure traceability and governance across people, processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience undertaking business analysis within complex ICT, cyber security or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicit clear requirements.
• Experience documenting business processes, rules and future-state designs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake business analysis across multiple work packages.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct current-state assessments and support future-state design across people, processes and technology.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and working sessions to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain requirements documentation, process models and business rules.
