Job summary

M&T Resources is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a major SOC and SIEM transformation program in Brisbane. The role involves shaping security monitoring processes, gathering requirements, and driving improvements across business and technology teams.

You will collaborate with cyber security specialists, architects and stakeholders to deliver capabilities and ensure operational readiness for enterprise-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, ICT or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting SOC or security monitoring initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Proven ability to document requirements and future-state designs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models and artefacts.
• Support SOC and SIEM onboarding activities, including security telemetry processes.
• Conduct capability assessments, gap analysis and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical, security and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Support transition planning, operational readiness and implementation activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
