Job summary

MACRO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to translate business requirements into secure ICT solutions for Services Australia. The role is hybrid in Canberra/Tuggeranong, starting 1 January for 12 months with a potential 24-month extension, and requires an NV1 clearance.

You will gather requirements, lead workshops, develop detailed specs, and support testing while contributing to cyber security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering business and systems analysis in complex enterprise ICT environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise app integrations, IAM solutions, authentication technologies, and MS .NET environments.
• Must live in Canberra for the contract duration; hybrid working options.
• Current or reinstatable NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Lead workshops to assess impacts and discuss solutions for upgrades and changes.
• Develop detailed specs, user stories, and process flows aligned with standards.
• Support testing by reviewing plans, cases and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in cyber security initiatives and support policy-driven ICT improvements.
• Assist with solution deployment, incident management, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and drive continuous improvement.
