Job summary

eHealth Queensland is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Specialist to safeguard Queensland Health’s enterprise SWG platform. You will maintain service availability, implement improvements, and provide high-level support to stakeholders across the organisation while hands-on with Prisma Access.

The role emphasises ITIL-based ITSM, strong networking, and expertise in firewalls, VPNs, and reverse proxies to ensure secure, scalable access for thousands of users.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ITSM using ITIL in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze ICT issues and design effective improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the branch.
• Provide high-level technical skills to analyse IT system issues and design solutions.
• Provide change management, capacity planning, incident and risk management and continuity planning.
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery, availability and performance of enterprise systems.
