Job summary

AC3 is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Analysts Team Lead to steer and coordinate security operations within our SOC. You will guide a multidisciplinary technical operations team, focusing on detection, response, and remediation of threats.

The role requires hands-on experience with security operations tools (Azure Sentinel, Defender, Splunk), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. We offer flexible hybrid work and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a Cyber Security Operations Centre or similar
• Proven ability to detect, respond to, and remediate security threats
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SOC Analyst team operations and performance
• Lead incident response and escalation for security events
• Coordinate vulnerability management and threat intelligence activities
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the SOC
