Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service delivery or cyber security processes.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and services (e.g., Entra ID, Defender, Azure).
• Strong communication skills to update both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute cyber security operational processes per approved procedures (vulnerability management, endpoint security, IAM).
• Monitor and manage IT security queues, prioritise requests by impact, urgency and risk.
• Coordinate access control, account lifecycle, and data loss prevention with policy adherence.
• Support remediation and incident response activities, tracking progress with providers and stakeholders.
• Maintain logs, records and dashboards to show security performance and risks.
• Contribute to risk assessments and incident response planning.
