Macquarie Government is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to join our Canberra security team. This on-site role centers on security operations, threat detection, and expanding our SIEM visibility.
You'll work hands-on in a SOC, helping to detect, investigate, and respond to threats with a focus on Splunk. The ideal candidate has 18+ months in a SOC, hands-on Splunk experience, and strong communication skills to explain incidents to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We require security clearance for this role you must be an Australian citizen to be eligible to obtain a security clearance or ideally already hold NV1 security clearance.
