TAG Legal Search is partnering with a leading national law firm in Sydney to grow its Cyber practice. The role covers lawyers (1–4 PQE) and senior associates (5+), handling matters for insurers, government entities, multinationals and listed organisations across cyber incidents and privacy disputes.

The team operates across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, offering opportunities to work on high-profile matters with top partners and a clear path toward leadership in cyber, privacy and insurance

Qualifications

• Lawyer with 1–4 PQE or Senior Associate with 5+ PQE in insurance disputes, regulatory investigations or related areas.
• Strong technical foundations in cyber, privacy and insurance disputes; willingness to learn and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Handle cyber incident response, data breach management and related disputes.
• Advise on privacy, information security, regulatory investigations (APRA, ASIC, OAIC) and coverage disputes.
• Engage in complex insurance litigation and class action defence related to cyber and privacy incidents.
