Job summary

Kmart Group is seeking a Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to oversee risk across IT, OT and AI, including assessing tech risks, maintaining risk registers and supporting audits for stores, supply chain and corporate teams.

You will help modernise GRC practices, design AI‑enabled workflows, and deliver clear risk insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in technology risk or related fields.
• Experience with risk assessment, control testing or audits.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess technology risks across IT, OT and AI systems.
• Maintain risk registers, treatment plans and KRIs.
• Support audits and regulatory assessments.
• Design AI‑enabled GRC workflows for evidence collection.
