Job summary

Compas PTY is seeking a Cyber Business Analyst to support a major government VET data program, delivering cyber security requirements, policy, documentation and stakeholder analysis across initiatives aimed at uplifting sector security.

The role involves conducting business analysis across complex cyber security projects, eliciting requirements, producing high-quality documents and options papers, and coordinating with policy, business and technical groups to apply PSPF and Essential 8 practices.

Location: ACT, NSW, VIC
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline Clearance

Essential Tasks

• Conduct business analysis across complex cyber security initiatives.
• Develop cyber security policies, strategies, guidelines and supporting documentation.
• Elicit business and technical cyber security requirements from key stakeholders.
• Support security assessments, cyber security uplift and monitoring initiatives.

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated business analysis experience across complex cyber security projects.
• Experience producing high-quality requirements, reports, documentation and options papers.
• Strong stakeholder consultation skills across policy, business and technical groups.
• Strong knowledge and application of PSPF and Essential 8 security practices.
