Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to support a major ERP RISE Program through go-live and Hypercare. You will coordinate cutover activities across streams, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of go-live readiness.

You will plan cutover activities, coordinate SAP and business teams, track readiness and risks, and support hypercare with defect management in a hands-on, organised manner.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cutover for a large ERP or SAP program.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple streams through go-live.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with post-go-live Hypercare and defect management.
• Hands-on approach and ability to stay organised under pressure.
