Our client is a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R). Through their national retail parts division, they supply high-quality HVAC parts to plumbers, sparkies, technicians, and other trade professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve tradies over the counter, helping them find the right HVAC spare parts
  • Answer phone and email enquiries with confidence and clarity
  • Process quotes, invoices and orders using simple systems (training provided)
  • Stay across new products and promos to upsell where it makes sense
  • Keep the counter area clean, organised, and well-stocked
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to make sure orders are ready to go
  • Assist with stocktakes and incoming deliveries when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in retail hardware, trade counter sales or spare parts
  • HVAC Experience is a MUST
  • Good communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
  • Basic computer skills
  • Forklift licence or willing to get one (we’ll help!)
  • A strong work ethic and pride in keeping things running smoothly
  • A driver's licence is handy but not essential
