Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support via phone calls and emails.
• Log and maintain accurate client information in the system.
• Offer product knowledge, prepare quotations, and track shipping orders.
• Send promotional emails and identify upsell opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
