Job description
The opportunity

As a School Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and skilled at building trusted relationships, you’ll be the key partner for schools using Atomi. You’ll help them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and achieve meaningful results for students and teachers.

You’ll work closely with school leaders and teachers to drive impact, from running engaging workshops to supporting change management and sharing best practice. You’ll also help track usage data to guide adoption, and feed insights back to our Product and Marketing teams so we can keep improving.

This is a hands-on role based in QLD (Greater Brisbane Metro area preferred), and requires occasional travel to schools (~2 weeks a quarter). We’re especially keen to meet people with direct experience in secondary education -- whether that’s as a teacher, department head or school leader. Edtech or SaaS experience is a plus, but not essential.

At Atomi, we move quickly and value transparency. Once you’re in the interview process, you’ll receive clear feedback and meaningful insights from the team. For this role, you can expect:

  • Initial screen with Atomi’s People Team
  • Interview Round 1: Role fit and culture interview
  • Interview Round 2: Technical assessment (role play exercise)
  • Interview Round 3: Cross-functional interview
What You’ll Do
  • Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and leaders confidently roll out and embed Atomi
  • Deliver engaging training and professional learning, from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to each school’s needs
  • Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support and best practice
  • Use data and insights to drive adoption, identify challenges early and ensure long-term success
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories
What You’ll Bring to Atomi
  • Direct experience working in secondary education (for example, as a teacher, head of department or school leader) or previous SaaS CSM experience
  • Experience in customer success, account management or stakeholder engagement roles
  • Confidence presenting and facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences, including senior school leadership
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using data and a willingness to use tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs to drive results
  • Based in QLD (Greater Brisbane Metro area preferred), with access to a car and able to travel as needed
  • A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
Working at Atomi
  • Tailored flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with hours that adapt to your needs, whether for university, family or personal time.
  • Generous leave: Experience unlimited paid leave options as a permanent team member.
  • Location Independence: Work from Sydney, interstate or wherever you find inspiration.
  • Growth and development: Use ongoing opportunities to improve your skills and expand your knowledge.
  • Holistic wellbeing: Benefit from a comprehensive employee assistance program subscription and additional wellbeing leave, supporting your best self.
  • Parental support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for new parents, with additional leave specifically for birthing parents.
  • Work with the best: We know you want to work alongside the best, so we work hard to hire only the best.
  • Regular social in-person and remote events: Including team sports competitions, trivia nights and themed annual events.
  • Atomi access: Enjoy free Atomi services for you and your family.
How to apply

Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. We’re more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you\'re good at, what you\'re passionate about, and why you’d be a great fit at Atomi.

We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don’t meet all the requirements we’ve listed, you should still apply.
