An innovative education technology firm based in Australia is seeking a passionate School Success Manager. This role involves helping schools implement Atomi's platform effectively, delivering training, and fostering relationships with educational leaders. Candidates should have secondary education experience and strong customer success skills. This position offers flexible work arrangements and generous leave options.
As a School Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and skilled at building trusted relationships, you’ll be the key partner for schools using Atomi. You’ll help them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and achieve meaningful results for students and teachers.
You’ll work closely with school leaders and teachers to drive impact, from running engaging workshops to supporting change management and sharing best practice. You’ll also help track usage data to guide adoption, and feed insights back to our Product and Marketing teams so we can keep improving.
This is a hands-on role based in QLD (Greater Brisbane Metro area preferred), and requires occasional travel to schools (~2 weeks a quarter). We’re especially keen to meet people with direct experience in secondary education -- whether that’s as a teacher, department head or school leader. Edtech or SaaS experience is a plus, but not essential.
At Atomi, we move quickly and value transparency. Once you’re in the interview process, you’ll receive clear feedback and meaningful insights from the team. For this role, you can expect:
Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. We’re more interested in how your skills and experience can contribute to our team. Make sure to include links to any relevant projects, like your portfolio, writing, GitHub, etc. - whatever helps us understand what you\'re good at, what you\'re passionate about, and why you’d be a great fit at Atomi.
We also know great people come from all kinds of backgrounds, so even if you don’t meet all the requirements we’ve listed, you should still apply.
Please note: You\'ll need Australian working rights for this role.
