Job summary

Medow Health is a fast-growing healthcare AI company delivering AI Scribe and AI Receptionist solutions to 1,500+ specialist clinics across Australia and New Zealand. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with doctors and clinics, drive onboarding and activation, and identify growth opportunities as our platform scales.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new doctors and clinics, ensuring a smooth experience from day one
• Drive activation within the first 1–2 weeks and proactively remove blockers
• Monitor early usage and set customers up for long-term success
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships with doctors and clinic teams
• Track engagement, identify at‑risk accounts, and drive retention
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through increased usage and adoption of new products
• Work closely with Support, Product, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Collect customer feedback and help shape product improvements
• Help improve internal processes as the business scales

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join us on this exciting journey. As a CSM at Medow, you'll own relationships with a portfolio of specialist doctors and clinics, ensuring they get exceptional value from our products. You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, driving engagement, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our Support, Product, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who's highly organised, people-oriented, and excited to grow with a rapidly scaling AI startup.

• Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney
• Type: Full-time (4 days in office)
