You will prototype with Figma and AI-assisted tools, test concepts with customers, and hand over clear briefs to product teams, while collaborating across strategy, product management and design to balance craft with commercial viability.

Qualifications

Job description

Requirements

3 to 6 years of experience across product strategy, product design or a related field, ideally with some SaaS or EdTech exposure
Track record or portfolio demonstrating design taste and judgement, alongside financial modelling and commercial thinking
Experience building a business case or commercial rationale for a new product or feature
Working fluency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting ideas to senior stakeholders
Comfort working across multiple teams without a fixed home base
Ability to explain why one UX approach works better than another
Experience conducting structured customer discovery and translating findings into product prototypes
Ability to balance design craft with commercial thinking, including pricing decisions and commercial models, especially across AI products
Fast, adaptable and disciplined approach to experimentation
Valid Employee Working With Children Check required before commencing employment
Satisfactory National Police Check required before commencing employment
Verification of unrestricted work rights in Australia required before commencing employment
