Rapid Information is seeking an experienced Customer Solution Architect to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in Sydney or Canberra. This contractor role requires hands-on architecture, consulting expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will specialize in Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, Customer Service and Customer Insights, and will design solutions, govern security, enable CI/CD pipelines, and drive AI/Copilot Studio initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT roles with consulting exposure.
• Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service.
• Experience with Power Platform governance and security.
• Able to engage with senior stakeholders on AI initiatives.
• Willing to work in Sydney or Canberra, hybrid/on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consulting and technical advisory services.
• Design and review solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Lead large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Define architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, storage, reporting, archiving.
• Support governance, security, and low-code development initiatives.
• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise integration architecture.
• Leverage AI tools and Copilot Studio for business-process transformation.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and solution reviews.
• Engage with senior stakeholders on AI transformation initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance and support throughout implementation.

• Strong understanding of Power Platform Governance and Security.

ELIGIBILITY – STRICT REQUIREMENTS

• Australian Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents, and work visa holders are not eligible.
• Public-sector work-safety clearance (NV1) is mandatory.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Sydney or Canberra.
• Candidate must be comfortable with the hybrid work model and onsite requirements.
• Candidate must be willing to use a personal computer for work, in line with the client's BYOD policy.
