A leading apprenticeship service provider located in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage Assessment Service Consultants. This role involves leading a dynamic team to ensure high standards of service while preparing reports necessary for the program. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with an understanding of the VET sector. Based from the Gold Coast or Brisbane office locations. This is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division, Australia's largest single provider.
Reporting to the Manager – Assessment Services, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and driving a team of motivated and passionate Assessment Service Consultants to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service, and Assessment Services, to Employers and Apprentices as they provide comprehensive pre-commencement guidance and support to apprentices and employers.
While managing a dynamic team, this role will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of accurate and reliable reports and other documentation required under this program.
