Job summary

OTR Group’s Reddy Express is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy store. You will work to keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming for all guests.

You may work alone or as part of a team, with varied tasks and a need to stay on your feet for extended periods. Flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) are required, and Australian working rights plus a police clearance are necessary.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Stand for long periods and may require moderate lifting.
• Availability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Willing to learn and promote our products and specials.
