Job summary

OTR Group's Reddy Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests and ensure the store remains clean, stocked and welcoming.

You will need to multitask in a fast-paced setting, work well solo or as part of a team, and be flexible with hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends. The role requires willingness to learn about products and promotions and to obtain a current Australian working rights and police clearance.

Qualifications

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials.
