What will I be doing?

Your role involves delivery of high-quality administrative and customer support such as:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from program participants, employers, partners and staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements and facilitate the matching of suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints and escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in call centre systems.

Who are you?

Skills and experience we are looking for you to bring:

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills (working with multiple applications at once)
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders and community
  • A customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM and call centre technology would be well regarded.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
