Location: East Coast Australia   Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid   Experience: No degree needed - just bring your passion!

Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly voice (or message) on the other end of the line, guiding customers through joining ahm, navigating hospital admissions, helping with policy updates, answering claim inquiries, and providing support to those considering leaving.
  • Own the whole customer journey start to finish and ensure every interaction is personal, positive, and genuinely helpful.
  • Listen attentively, solve problems with heart, communicate clearly and kindly, and think on your feet to make customer-first decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and support each other, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Important dates
