Your Responsibilities will include:

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service /Sales Support to join our team inourSeven Hills office. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of our products and sales techniques to suit the competitive solar industry. Our operation is purely wholesale business-to-business transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond incoming sales calls/emails
  • Attend to queries and sales in a timely manner
  • Ensure messages are clearly documented and passed on
  • Where authorised, offer quotations, technical support and solutions
  • Develop potential orders/demand from existing clients
  • Review incoming sales emails and accurately enter system orders
  • Internal cooperation with sales team, procurement team, accounting team, operation team where require.
The Successful Applicant will have
  • A good level of knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and eye for detail
  • Interest in learning about the Solar Industry
  • A 12-month Fixed Term contract position with view to permanency.
