About us

CrispAir is a locally owned home‑services company specialising in air‑conditioning solutions across Perth. We pride ourselves on providing honest advice, quality workmanship and friendly service. We’re growing quickly and need an experienced call‑centre professional to help us deliver exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the first impression: You’ll answer a high volume of inbound calls and web enquiries from homeowners needing air‑conditioning services, identify the right solution and book jobs into our CRM to keep our technicians’ schedules full.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings: Your goal is to convert as many calls as possible into scheduled jobs. In shoulder seasons you’ll make outbound calls to existing customers to arrange preventive‑maintenance visits.
  • Provide outstanding service: You’ll handle questions, complaints and occasionally agitated or pushy callers with empathy, professionalism and a calm phone manner. You’ll also reply to emails, sms and live‑chat enquiries, triage urgent issues and keep accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Administrative support: You’ll enter and update job notes, liaise with technicians and suppliers, process payments and follow up on outstanding quotes. In quieter moments you’ll help with general office/admin tasks and support marketing campaigns.
Skills & experience we’re looking for
  • Experienced call‑centre operator: You have proven experience in a high‑volume inbound call‑centre, ideally within trades, utilities, home services or a similar environment.
  • Technically minded communicator: You’re comfortable learning the basics of air‑conditioning to explain options to customers and can use modern CRM/booking systems confidently.
  • Master multi‑tasker: You’re adept at juggling phone calls, data entry and email/chat enquiries simultaneously, with strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Calm under pressure: You remain empathetic and composed when dealing with distressed or demanding callers, turning difficult situations into positive outcomes.
  • Reliable team player: You enjoy working in a close‑knit team, value constructive feedback and are open to coaching and training. You must bring a positive, upbeat attitude to work every day! You must be reliable and show up every day.
What we offer
  • Competitive base rate: $75,000 p.a. for an experienced candidate plus super.
  • Flexible full-time or part‑time hours: We are looking for both full-time or part-time candidates.
  • Training & growth: We invest in your development with product and system training, mentoring and future opportunities for advancement for the right team member.
  • Supportive culture: Work alongside a friendly team who value honesty, teamwork and customer care.
  • Perks: On‑site parking, employee discounts on services, and a modern office with high‑quality equipment.
