A leading recruitment agency in Adelaide is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a busy Government Agency. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, providing technical advice, and maintaining database records. Candidates should have experience in customer service, attention to detail, and a National Police Check. This is a full-time position with pay rates between AUD37 and AUD38 per hour plus superannuation.
Salary: AUD37 - AUD38 per hour + superannuation
Randstad is currently recruiting for Customer Service Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of good communication skills, high attention to details and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Do you have customer service experience? This experience could be face to face, or from within a call center environment. What is most important is providing a high level of customer service and enjoying working in lively, fast-paced environments.
These roles will be based in the Adelaide CBD for a period of 3 months with the view of extension past that point. The roles are working within a customer service / call centre.
