Customer Service Officer - State Government (90M0658052) Adelaide, Australia

Salary: AUD37 - AUD38 per hour + superannuation

Randstad is currently recruiting for Customer Service Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of good communication skills, high attention to details and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • $37.63 per hour + Superannuation
  • Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
  • Long-term contract in Adelaide CBD

Do you have customer service experience? This experience could be face to face, or from within a call center environment. What is most important is providing a high level of customer service and enjoying working in lively, fast-paced environments.

These roles will be based in the Adelaide CBD for a period of 3 months with the view of extension past that point. The roles are working within a customer service / call centre.

  • Answer inbound customer enquiries
  • Provide technical advice to customers
  • Update and maintain database records
  • Handle customer data and information with confidentiality

What you will need

  • Experienced working in a customer service role (face to face or contact centre), advantage if it is within the public sector
  • Must have a National Police Check (within 12 months)
  • Must be able to provide at least 2 references
  • Experience in dispute resolution an advantage
  • Have the capability to assist customers in a timely and efficient manner
