Customer Service Officer – Permanent Part time

We’re now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phones, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is passionate about helping people with efficiency, empathy and professionalism. Bayside Council has several work locations across the local government area and Council reserves the right to change your location as required by operational needs. Only candidates with previous customer service experience in a call centre environment will be considered.

Salary: From $44,452.21 - $49,786 pa based on 21hrs per week, plus 12%Applicants may be required to satisfactorily undertake a Criminal History Check, Medical and/or Working with Children check in accordance with the position.
