Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to rental guests by guiding them through vehicle handover and return.
• Complete rental contracts and sell ancillary products (e.g., reduction options, tables & chairs, etc.).
• Provide vehicle demonstrations and share knowledge learned through training.
• Ensure guests have an outstanding experience and are excited to begin their road trip.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid open driver's license (required to drive our RVs).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges with ease, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative communication and active listening skills (some guests may not have English as a first language).
• German or another European language is a bonus but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and apps.
• Comfort with conflict resolution and negotiation; teamwork mindset.
