We are seeking candidates for Customer Service and Business Support positions, starting in Aug/Sept. This is a casual assignment working full-time hours (37.5 hrs each week across Mon-Fri).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers daily – answering calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)
  • Admin & data entry tasks – including invoicing and EOM reporting
  • Achieving key metrics – handling time, quality & customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – especially Excel
  • Full training will be provided, so you can feel confident from day one
  • To be part of a supportive & dynamic team – working with like-minded people
What You Need
  • Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport close by
