Job description

Join Kyocera, a global leader in printing and document solutions as our Customer Service Engineer for the Bendigo area. In this role, you'll deliver expert service and maintenance on Kyocera printers, MFP's and MFD's. You'll manage a dedicated territory, providing high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform new Kyocera equipment and software installations in conjunction with the Application Specialist
  • Manage a dedicated territory and provide expert service to clients
  • Conduct client training
  • Respond efficiently and courteously to internal and external customers' requests for assistance with software and hardware applications
  • Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
  • Promote Kyocera's professional image through excellent customer service, competent service procedures and respectful communication
  • Maintain accurate service data and manage spare parts and consumable stock effectively
  • Escalate ongoing technical issues to the Product Specialist
  • Complete all assigned service calls and documentation accurately and promptly using Salesforce

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong IT and Software experience required
  • Servicing experience in maintaining printers/copiers is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's licence
  • National Police Check will be required
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and service management tools (such as Salesforce)
  • Proactive, independent and adaptable to changing priorities
