Job summary

McDonald’s Australia is seeking enthusiastic crew members for a variety of casual, part-time and full-time roles, including customer service and food preparation. We are a 24-hour business offering flexible scheduling that may change to meet restaurant needs and a welcoming, supportive team environment.

New team members receive extensive training and the opportunity to develop in a dynamic retail hospitality setting, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

Hospitality and retail experience is not required; we provide extensive training to all of our staff including barista training for any applicants interested in joining our McCafe team.
