Job summary

Oscar Wylee Erina is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and help exceed sales targets at Erina Fair Shopping Centre on the Central Coast. You’ll gain commercial and operational experience working with the Store Partner and Store Manager within a joint venture environment.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, offering eyewear styling advice, and maintaining a positive store presence while supporting team members.

• Strong background in fast-paced retail settings.
• Excellent communication skills - direct and easy for customers to understand.
• Highly motivated and proactive, ready to step in and take initiative to ensure customers leave the store happy.
