Job summary

Oscar Wylee is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets at its Westfield Burwood store. You will engage customers, recommend eyewear styles, and ensure they find the best frames for their needs. A positive, energetic presence is essential to create a welcoming shopping experience.

The role includes training on eyewear offerings and opportunities for growth within the brand, with flexibility to work late evenings and weekends.

Join our team as an Optical Assistant, a dynamic and engaging role where you’ll aim to deliver exceptional customer service, and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively engaging with customers to identify their eyewear needs and delivering top-notch service, aiming to go above and beyond to exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert recommendations and eyewear styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the best frames for them!
• Bringing a positive and energetic presence to the store everyday, making sure customers queries and needs are well and truly met
• Offeringyour support to fellow team members and contributing to a harmoniousand supportive work environment.
