Job Description

About the Role

We’re seeking to employ an experienced Customer Service Administratorto join ourSales and Marketingteamin Kwinana, WAonaPermanent Full-Timebasis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive & manage customer orders
  • Ensure customer queries and service levels are maintained to high standards
  • Liaise with the Coogee Transport Team to enable deliveries to be scheduled
  • Liaise with internal Production Teams to ensure adequate inventories are held in order to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with internal Finance Team to close out the sales/invoicing cycle

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • A strongfocuson achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
  • Experiencein dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experiencewith Finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate
  • A self-motivated attitude with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
  • The abilityto work independently or within a team environment
