About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service superstar to join our team in a permanent full-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Connection: Handle inbound and outbound calls daily, providing friendly, solution-focused support.
  • Order Management: Accurately process high-volume data entry of orders with precision and speed.
  • Invoicing: Match purchase orders to invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer queries and claims with diligence and care.
  • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in customer service – from call centers to face-to-face environments.
  • Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong proficiency in Excel.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week based at our Crestmead site.

One Sunday per month (9am–3pm) worked from our Rocklea site — and in return, you’ll enjoy a Friday off.
