Job summary

A premium stone showroom is seeking a friendly customer service representative to manage showroom interactions, qualify leads, and support sales processes. This role is essential for maintaining a tidy CRM and ensuring customers receive excellent service in-person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with CRM platforms. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or showroom.
  • Confident communication both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new enquiries from multiple channels.
  • Serve customers and maintain showroom presentation.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions.
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations.

Job description

Be the friendly first contact in our stone showroom while keeping the sales pipeline humming. You’ll qualify leads, follow up quotes, support customers in person and over the phone, and keep our CRM tidy and up to date.

Responsibilities

Qualify new enquiries from phone, email, website and socials

Book appointments and site measures; assign to the right salesperson

Follow up on quotes, samples and orders to keep jobs moving

Serve customers in the showroom (greet, guide, answer product questions)

Build rapport with homeowners, designers and builders

Prepare samples & paperwork; arrange couriers/pickups

Create basic quotes from templates; check pricing and details

Keep the showroom presentation-ready (displays, price lists, brochures)

Update the CRM with accurate notes, next steps and statuses

Coordinate deliveries/installs with operations and keep customers informed

Requirements

1–3 years’ customer service / admin / showroom experience

Confident on the phone and clear in writing

Strong organisation and attention to detail; loves a checklist

Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive or similar) + Google Workspace

Calm, solutions-focused and proactive with follow-ups

Available on Saturdays (rostered)

Nice to have: Experience in interiors, tiles, stone or building materials.
